Enjoy a juicy turkey burger along side a perfectly grilled piece of salmon! Take your plain healthy dinner, add some serious flavor and you’ll have a dinner that will satisfy any appetite.

Citrus Grilled Salmon Fillets

Yield: 2

Serving Size: 1, 6 oz fillet

Restaurant style grilled salmon for dinner at home


  • 2, 6 oz Salmon Fillet skin on
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Mrs. Dash Caribbean Citrus Seasoning
  • Fresh Lemon Slices


  1. Heat grill to med-high
  2. Lightly dust each salmon fillet with olive oil (Misto Olive Oil Sprayer)
  3. Liberally add fresh pepper and Mrs. Dash Seasoning
  4. Place fillets on olive oil brushed grill skinless side down for prominent grill grates while the fish is still fresh
  5. Cook for 1-3 minutes for a 1 inch thick fillet the side closest to the grill and a little above should be opaque before flipping
  6. Flip with spatula or tongs and continue grilling for an addition 3-5 minutes
  7. Watch carefully as you don't want overcooked fillets, you can always put them back on the grill if undercooked
  8. Use a spatula or tongs to remove fish carefully from the grill
  9. Serve with fresh lemon and a side of grilled vegetables for a perfect summer meal
